- Drafting of Marketing Narrative and Lifestyle Story.
- Develop a Marketing Kit on ListReports for your property.
- Develop “Just Listed” Social Media Sharables and a Website Landing Page
- Develop and Distribute Professional Marketing Handouts: Coming Soon, Promotional Flyer, Just Listed, and Open House Flyer.
- Initiation of Facebook Ad Campaign targeting potential buyers.
- Sharing of Real Estate Flyer PDF with neighbors, friends & family.
WEEK 2 (CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS & IMPROVEMENTS)
- Analysis of campaign results and adjustment of ongoing marketing efforts.
- Re-ordering of photos in MLS for increased visibility.
- Consideration of Open House feasibility for Weeks 3 or 4.
- Client engagement in sharing the Featured Property Landing Page link on social channels.
- Development and distribution of Property Report to qualified buyers.
WEEK 3 (CAMPAIGN OPTIMIZATION)
- Launch of a new Facebook campaign promoting Property Tour & Seller Interview Video.
- Client engagement in sharing the Featured Property Landing Page link.
- Preparation and marketing for Open House if scheduled on Social Media and Mls.
WEEK 4 (CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE)
- Analysis of campaign results and adjustment of ongoing marketing efforts.
- Conclusion of Facebook Ad Campaign targeting potential buyers.
- Continuation of Open House preparation and marketing if scheduled.
